Job summary

Power-Flo Technologies is hiring a full-time warehouse associate for our New Hyde Park location. Hours are 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, EAP, and ESOP plans. Key responsibilities include pulling and staging orders, cycle counts, maintaining a clean license to operate company vehicles, and loading/unloading delivery vehicles when needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse experience required.
• Current NYS driver's license with clean record (7 years).
• Able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull over 100 pounds.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certification.
• Strong at following processes and working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehouse tasks: remove sold parts, stock shelves, process items for shipment.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment; cycle counting.
• Maintain safe operation of delivery vehicles as needed (load/unload, inspect).
• Safely pick up and deliver orders; work in a fast-paced environment.

Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring a full-time warehouse associateto join our New Hyde Park team.
Full-Time. Monday - Friday. 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Cycle Count
• Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle (box trucks and vans)
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed)

Requirements :

• 1+ years of warehouse experience required
• Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required)
• Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
• Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
