Job summary

Aptura Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify and record shipments, pick and pack, and drive as needed. This role supports timely shipping and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, sorting stock, staging for installation or delivery, assisting with loading, and using inventory software. Must have a High School Diploma, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, pass a drug screen, and follow safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items throughout the day.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs and more with assistance.
• Prior experience driving a box truck in shipping/receiving/delivery environment is a plus.

JobSummary

The Warehouse Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment within scheduled timelines. Picks and packs. Drives as needed.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible and accountable for:

• Receiving and Off-loading materials
• Verifying counts to purchase orders
• Sorting stock materials from job materials
• Checking shipments for damage, noting appropriate paperwork
• Ensure all material is placed in its appropriate areas
• Staging of material for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Assist internal and external customers with pickup and loading
• Utilizing company specific software, to maintain accurate inventory
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment in safe and effective manner
• Make deliveries as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with special projects and deliveries as assigned

Essential Functions
