Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The position offers a starting pay of $19.15 per hour, with potential for higher wages based on experience.

Work Schedule

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker) safely to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
