Job description

Responsible for product handling from receiving through shipping in a fast-paced team environment. Daily tasks include loading, unloading, staging raw materials, and maintaining inventory.

Primary Duties:

• Receive and verify incoming products, including system entry and RF scanner operation.
• Package, stage, and ship products using various methods, including carrier shipments and customer deliveries.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and quality assurance to prevent damaged goods.
• Fabricate and assemble hoses, operate complex machinery, and assist with testing and finishing as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and operate forklifts following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Basic Requirements:

• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills, computer proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to learn new software.
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift certification are advantageous.
• Ability to differentiate alphanumeric characters and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission may be required.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking/standing, and ladder climbing in a warehouse setting.
• Fast-paced environment with moving equipment and variable temperatures.

Compensation is $20.40/hour, with benefits including 401(k), life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, referral incentives, and training programs.
