Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and package orders in our Distribution Center, following safety rules and company procedures. The role includes receiving, unloading and loading material, and operating a forklift and computer.

You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and maintain awareness of surroundings while moving inventory and preparing UPS shipments.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to pick and package all customer orders.
• Receive and put away all incoming material.
• Load all outgoing material and unload incoming material.

• Clean designated areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Label material according to customer specifications.
• Move material to new locations as needed.
• Must follow all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Compensation: $19.50 / hour

Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking all orders that flow through the warehouse according to company procedures while following safety practices and rules. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for all receiving activities including the loading and unloading of material. Operating a forklift and computer are required along with the ability to lift heavy material up to 50 pounds

How You Will Help:

• Operating a stand-up forklift truck to pick and package all customer orders consistent with company standards
• Receiving and putting away all incoming material
• Loading all outgoing material and unloading all incoming material
• Package UPS shipments
• Clean designated areas of warehouse as needed
• Label material according to customer specifications
• Move material to new locations as needed
• Must follow all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• All other duties/tasks as assigned
