Job summary

Best Tile is seeking a warehouse associate to support order pickup, prepare shipments, and help manage inbound and outbound product. This full-time role emphasizes accurate picking, safe handling, and customer-facing service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

With responsibilities including loading/unloading, crate opening, inventory assistance, and adherence to safety policies, you will contribute to reliable service, efficient operations, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Dependable, hardworking, and organized.
• Alert, focused, and detail oriented.
• Able to meet physical demands (lifting, carrying, bending, pushing & pulling).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order pickup and prepare orders for customers.
• Load and unload bulky/heavy merchandise.
• Open crates to identify/receive product.
• Place incoming product in storage locations and relocate as needed.
• Support with inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.

Starting pay for this position is $18-20 per hour

Best Tile is looking to add an experienced and well-rounded warehouse associate to join our warehouse team. In this customer-facing role, you will:

• Assist customers with order pick-up; accurately prepare orders for customers and complete sales-related paperwork;
• Load and unload bulky and heavy merchandise;
• Open crates and containers to accurately identify and receive product;
• Place incoming product in assigned storage locations;
• Relocate product as required and according to a predetermined sequence;
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting;
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse;
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
