Job summary

Datamax Texas is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, ensure efficient movement and preparation of equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role involves picking, packing, staging, and preparing orders, while supporting service and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to a safe and efficient warehouse environment with good customer service. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for customer deliveries and technician installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory management systems.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles while ensuring equipment is handled safely and securely.
• Prepare office equipment for deployment by performing basic setup, asset tagging, cleaning, and quality inspections.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, equipment transfers, and product returns.
• Support delivery, logistics, and service teams as needed to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse best practices.
