Job summary

Datamax Texas is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement, organization, and preparation of office technology equipment and supplies. This position plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing equipment for delivery, and supporting our service and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for customer deliveries and technician installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory management systems.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles while ensuring equipment is handled safely and securely.
• Prepare office equipment for deployment by performing basic setup, asset tagging, cleaning, and quality inspections.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, equipment transfers, and product returns.
• Support delivery, logistics, and service teams as needed to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse best practices.
