Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for customer deliveries and installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory systems.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles and ensure safe handling of equipment.
• Prepare office equipment for deployment with basic setup, tagging, cleaning, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for customer deliveries and technician installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory management systems.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles while ensuring equipment is handled safely and securely.
• Prepare office equipment for deployment by performing basic setup, asset tagging, cleaning, and quality inspections.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, equipment transfers, and product returns.
• Support delivery, logistics, and service teams as needed to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred

• Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
• Experience handling office equipment, printers, copiers, or technology hardware
• Experience in the office technology, logistics, or distribution industry
