Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Warehouse Associate to support branch operations, loading/unloading materials and operating a forklift and related equipment. You will assist customers and co-workers, inspect equipment, and help manage inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification eligibility. Full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload materials and products to support operations at the branch location.
• Operate a forklift and light manufacturing equipment.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Move inventory within and among workstations and areas.

Base pay starts at $17.25 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading and unloading materials and products to support operations at the branch location.. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Acombination of education and experience may be qualifying
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
