Job summary

Esler Companies LLC in Tucson is hiring for a warehouse associate to load, unload, and organize shipments and prep materials for installer pickups. You’ll keep trucks ready for next-day installations, maintain a safe, orderly environment, and follow safety rules.

Candidates should be reliable, with customer-service skills, and able to lift up to 150 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
