Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Corporation seeks a seasoned Warehouse Leader to drive operational and HR programs, coach a large team, and ensure safe, efficient handling of shipments. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, governance of procedures, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing/distribution setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and guiding the team through change initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word.
• Strong people management including hourly teammates.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations, safety, and compliance in manufacturing/distribution.
• 3+ years leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Maintain overall inventory, cleanliness, and organization of all warehouse locations.
• Assist with team lifts as required.
• Other job duties as assigned.
