Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Tracy, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound unloading, put-away, and movement of merchandise from receiving to storage while maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant workspace.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of distribution center experience; RF scanner familiarity preferred. Shift is Tuesday–Saturday, 4am–12:30pm, with full-time, non-exempt status.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Merchandise Processor position is located in Tracy, CA. You will handle inbound truck unloading, merchandise put-away, product movement from receiving to put-away and deluxing floor, deluxing of outbound furniture pieces, assisting drivers with load and assemblies, and maintaining a safe and clean work area according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.

• Deluxing of all outbound furniture pieces prior to delivery to ensure no damages and all parts included
• Assist drivers with load and assemblies when needed
• Keep work area safe and clean in accordance with general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of distribution center experience
• Onsite and in office role
• HUBM Radio Frequency (RF) knowledge-tasking, fluid loading, locate cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to safely lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds throughout the day
• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
• Comfortable walking or standing 90% of the day
