Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Tracy, CA site. You will support receiving, put-away, deluxing, and pickups, helping drivers, while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

This onsite role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work overtime when needed. We value safety, clear communication, and a proactive approach to daily warehouse tasks, with readiness to lift up to 75 pounds and stand most of the day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work as a team and respectfully with others.
• Overtime availability including weekends/holidays.
• Flexible schedules as business needs require it.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound truck and merchandise put away.
• Move goods from receiving dock to deluxing floor.
• Ensure all outbound furniture pieces are deluxed with no damages and complete parts.
• Assist drivers with loading and assembly as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse per OSHA guidelines.

Warehouse Associate position is located in Tracy, CA

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will:

• Unload inbound truck and merchandise put away.
• Put away product movement from the receiving dock and put away to the deluxing floor.
• Ensure and deluxing all outbound furniture pieces prior to delivery with no damages present and all parts are included.
• Assist drivers with load and assemblies when needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.

• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to include weekends, holidays, and days not normally scheduled.
• Flexibility to work different schedules as business needs require it.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and follow-through skills.HUBM RF knowledge-tasking, fluid loading, locate cases etc.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• This is an onsite and in office role.

We prefer some of these qualities as well:

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Have working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) functions needed for picking and packing.

Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role:

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable with walking/standing 90% of the day.
