Warehouse Associate

Location: WISCH Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the flow of products entering and leaving the facility and manage inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 5202 Westfair Ave, Weston, WI 54476. After onboarding and training, and upon meeting performance goals, flexible scheduling may be available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts of inventory
• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license in the country of employment, with a clean driving record
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, customer service-oriented
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory
