Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a skilled warehouse technician to support branch operations. The role involves loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift and overhead crane, and ensuring safety and accuracy in daily orders.

You will inspect equipment, assist with inventory and ERP updates, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Perform material and product loading and unloading activities to support the branch location. They operate a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage. Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.

JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: Starting at $17.25 per hour

Shift:7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities
