Job summary

NCW is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

You will pick orders with a voice-directed headset, pack and load shipments, and use RF scanners to keep inventory accurate. The role requires basic English and strong teamwork, with a focus on safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders using an automated voice-directed headset system (English required)
• Accurately pack, load, and unload trailers for inbound and outbound shipments
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
• Handle a variety of household and storage products with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

What You'll Bring

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Basic English comprehension for voice-picking system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $16.00 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Available Shift

• Weekends | Thursday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
