Job summary

Quality Truck Care Center in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and order fulfillment in a clean, modern facility.

You will receive and prepare inventory, build and move pallets, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate records while maintaining a safe workspace. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and career advancement within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Verify stock information and unit IDs; inventory and audit equipment.
• Unpackage, sort and stage units for production.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Stacks and stores products using forklift or other powered equipment.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment.
• Ensure correct quantity and type loaded for shipment.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Move product from staging to vans or trailers.
• Operate equipment safely and follow prescribed methods.
• Maintain records and reports for inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories.

What you will be doing

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery.

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages

• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers Inventory and Audit equipment and parts.

• Unpackage, sort and stage units for production

• Maintain accurate inventory.

• Stacks and stores products in designated areas using a forklift, push-pull, or other powered equipment.

• Pulls and prepares products for shipment.

• Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.

• Performs picking duties in an efficient manner which meets customer service standards.

• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into vans or trailers.

• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.

• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security.

• Assists in physical inventories.

Required Skills:

• Valid Drivers License
