Job description

This is a flexible, part‑time position offering 20–30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM window.

This position requires you to work onsite daily at our warehouse in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

Essential Job Functions

• Receive and stock inventory
• Pick, pack & ship orders
• General Inventory Management
• Update custom fulfillment sites
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate forklift or pallet driver

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead

Basic Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma
• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
• Must have high attention to detail
• Must have excellent listening and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
