Job summary

Quality Truck Care Center in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Parts Delivery Associate to deliver parts to customers and vendors, assist the Parts Counter, and support shop operations. The role emphasizes timely, accurate deliveries and professional interactions with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.
• Delivery experience in auto/truck parts or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other company locations, and vendors.
• Check with Parts Manager before leaving for last-minute pickups or deliveries.
• Verify payments for invoices on deliveries.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders for pickups.
• Maintain parts vehicle and report repairs or maintenance.
• Assist with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery.
• Represent Quality Truck Care Center professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Weekly office cleaning in collaboration with staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Delivers and picks up parts and equipment. Assists Parts Counter personnel.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.

• Checks with the Parts Manager or counter personnel before leaving for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.

• Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.

• Reconciles invoices against purchases orders for pick-ups.

• Maintains parts vehicle. Notifies manager of any repairs or maintenance required.

• Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shop personnel or retail accounts.

• Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and co-worker interactions.

• Weekly office cleaning is performed in cooperation with the rest of the office staff.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License. REQUIRED

• Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong general math skills.

• Ability to communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in written communication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)
