Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Henrietta, NY

Summary:Join a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are physically active, dependable, and eager to work in a team-focused environment. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer and distributor orders using various warehouse technologies and material handling equipment

Shifts:
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay:
• $18.00 per hour + 10% - 15% Shift Differential

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack customer, distributor, and contract orders using voice picking, RF scanners, or paper/manual methods.
• Utilize material handling equipment such as PTL (Pick-to-Light), RF scanners, and pallet jacks.
• Use internal systems like Baan ERP, Kewill, and Red Prairie WMS to process orders, look up information, and resolve order issues.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Report any safety, sanitation, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and follow proper attendance and notification procedures.
• Maintain productivity and service levels by working scheduled holidays and extended hours (including mandatory Saturdays), as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for the entirety of your shift.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic warehouse technology (training provided).
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow verbal and written instructions.
