Job summary

Continental is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations at our Terre Haute site. You will accurately pick and pack orders using iPad-based systems and LightSpeed, maintain inventory with FIFO, and support loading and unloading for routes and markets.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and comfort with technology. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Comfortable using tablets and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO.
• Load/unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Read schedules and follow work orders to move items.

Shift:Sunday - Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn electric pallet jack; forklift certification encouraged.
• Consistently accurate and efficient order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (with or without reasonable accommodations).
