Job summary

Continental in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will pick and pack orders with iPads and LightSpeed, manage inventory FIFO, and assist with loading/unloading trucks for routes and markets, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, English proficiency, and may prefer prior warehouse experience. Monday–Friday 6 AM–3 PM with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (iPad, LightSpeed system).
  • Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
  • Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
  • Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
  • Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
  • Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Experience You’ll Create

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn electric pallet jack; forklift certification encouraged.

  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
