Job summary

IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Tampa, FL location. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, stock management, and shipping documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years warehouse experience, a valid Florida driver’s license, and forklift certification is a plus. English fluency is required, Spanish is a plus. The role requires physical task performance and strict adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.

This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold), noise, and dust.

• Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and activity.

• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
