Job summary

IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Driver in Ocala, FL to handle delivery duties, assist with receiving shipments, and maintain organized inventory. You will pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery, operate forklifts, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year warehouse experience, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus; forklift certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver material as needed.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Driver. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including delivery driving, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold), noise, and dust.
• Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and activity.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
