IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to receive shipments, pick/pack orders, stock inventory, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse. This role requires physical tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma, 1+ year warehouse experience, valid FL driver's license, and the ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; HVAC/Plumbing knowledge a plus.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Ability to pass safety training, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, punctual and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or in a team.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

General Job Description

This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold), noise, and dust.

• Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and activity.

• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
