Our client is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are efficiently unloaded, sorted, relabeled, and prepared for distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of consistent attendance and productivity.

Location: Spanaway, WA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/Hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hand unload inbound trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Consistently lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Sort products by SKU while unloading to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling products and inventory.
  • Rework products by:
    • Carefully opening product packaging.
    • Applying labels to products according to specifications.
    • Repackaging products neatly and accurately.
    • Sealing packages to quality standards.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and warehouse best practices.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, unloading, production, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately sort products and apply labels.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout an entire shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent and consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
