We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at QXO, a leader in building products distribution. This role involves operating heavy equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

1. Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
2. Verify order contents and maintain documentation.
3. Inspect, organize, and track inventory.
4. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and wearing PPE.
5. Assist in cleaning and painting as needed.

Qualifications

1. Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment.
2. Warehouse experience preferred.
3. Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
4. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
5. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
6. Reliable transportation and availability for early morning shifts.
