Our Standex Scientific division specializes in temperature-controlled equipment for medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial markets, including cold storage solutions for medications, vaccines, and blood products.

The Warehouse Associate will handle inventory, process customer orders, receive raw materials, and operate forklifts. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, and receiving inventory, adhering to safety standards, and demonstrating initiative and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Follow shipping instructions for inventory
2. Maintain warehouse schedule for production and stock building
3. Manage inventory through cycle counts and identification
4. Follow safety standards at all times
5. Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. High school diploma
2. Experience with forklift operation, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
3. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical operations, ability to use shop tools and machines
4. Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
5. Reliable transportation
6. Pass drug screening and background check

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, seeking help when needed

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, depending on the position.
