Description

Geneva10 Fulfillment is looking for a warehouse associate to support our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse associate responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders able to operate machinery such as pallet jacks, lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 7 feet on safety ladders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction by committing to working hard, being reliable and punctual.

KEY RESULT AREA

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Able to follow safety regulations and work in safe way at all times
• Clean and organize the work space for efficiency

SKILLS

• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs individually and up to 100 lbs when lifting as a team of two
• Able to climb ladders up to 7 feet
• Able to work in both cold and hot temperatures in different seasons
• Proficient English, basic math, computer skills
• Willing to work overtime and complete daily and weekly tasks with notice
• Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
