Join to apply for the Warehouse Associate role at Ferguson.

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team for Monday - Friday: 10AM - 6:30PM start time, with overtime as needed. This associate will be responsible for picking and packing outbound parcel packages and processing key hardware orders, including assigning lock codes and re-keying mechanisms prior to shipment.

Starting Pay: $21.00

Responsibilities

• Process packages for shipping, including boxing, labeling, transporting, and loading product and materials.
• Provide key hardware services such as rekeying locks.
• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Use hand-held RF units/scanners to execute tasks.
• Follow all standard operating procedures for assigned tasks.
• Sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns to management.
• Perform all duties in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime.
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with forklift equipment preferred but not required.
• Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for completing warehouse tasks safely and accurately.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required.

This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Wage rates range from $15.00 to $22.69 per hour, depending on location and experience.
