Job summary

AtWork Personnel is hiring a reliable Warehouse Associate in Georgetown, Texas. This role focuses on accurate picking, packing, sorting, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate scanners, verify labels, and help maintain clean, safe work areas. The position supports growth within the warehouse and logistics industry, with a 1st shift schedule (Mon–Fri) and opportunities to advance as you gain experience and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/picking/packing preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk/bend/reach throughout shift.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Read labels and order sheets.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull orders using tickets, sheets, or handheld scanners.
• Pack products securely and ready for shipment.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and orders.
• Stage completed orders for shipping and pickup.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers safely.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition.
• Move materials and inventory with pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Operate a forklift if certified/qualified.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks.
• Restock shelves, bins, and inventory locations.
• Use handheld scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Identify damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies and report them.
• Maintain clean, organized, hazard-free aisles and workstations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.

What You' ll Do:

• Pick and pull orders accurately using pick tickets, order sheets, or handheld scanners

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking/packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Forklift certification/experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read labels, pick tickets, packing slips, and order sheets

Schedule:

Monday– Friday 1st Shift: 6: 00 AM– 3: 00 PM
