Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Springfield, MO. Shifts run Monday–Friday with weekly pay ranging from $600 to $1,000; hours start at 5:00 AM and continue until finished. You will join a fast-paced, high-performance culture that rewards hard work and teamwork.

The role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, sorting and palletizing, with on-the-job training and potential for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments as assigned.
• Sort, palletize and prepare goods for shipment.
• Audit inventory and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as trained.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
