Job summary

Capstone is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in Marrero, LA, to work first shift (6:00am start) on a fast-paced, physical warehouse team. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and general duties as directed by site leadership.

You will be paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth. We provide paid training and encourage internal promotion across sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as directed.
• Select, palletize, sort, and audit inventory.
• Handle freight hauling and repacking tasks.
• Follow site leadership instructions and maintain safety.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
