Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. At our Spokane Distribution Center, PSLD is responsible for aftermarket parts distribution of Cat parts to our CAT dealer regional customers.

Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Spokane Distribution Center located at 9610 W. Hallett Road, Spokane, WA 99224.

Shifts:

Actual shift availability varies week by week. Successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift. Please note that this could mean a sizable waiting period before starting.

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2pm – 10:30pm ($20.00/hour)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night – Friday morning 10pm – 6:30am ($20.00/hour)
• 4th Shift: Saturday and Sunday 10am – 8:30pm and Monday and Tuesday 2pm – 12:30am ($20.00/hour)
• 5th Shift: Wednesday – Friday 2pm – 12:30am and Saturday 10am – 8:30pm ($20.00/hour)
• 6th Shift: Friday night to Sunday morning 8pm – 8:30am and Sunday night to Monday morning 6pm-6:30am ($21.09/hour)
• 7th Shift: Monday night to Friday morning 10pm - 8:30am ($20.00/hour)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes in receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanners to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Note that not all positions operate equipment.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Utilize pneumatic and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
• Use tools for applying paint and rust preventative.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

• Experience: At least twelve months in previous employment, with preference for warehouse experience.
• Agility: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, walk 10-12 miles per day, and perform various physical activities with or without accommodations.

Summary Pay Range:

$18.45 - $23.95

Compensation and benefits vary based on multiple factors including experience and performance. Salary is one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
