Job description

Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Spokane, WA location!

Hourly Rate: $18.25 / $2.00 shift diff after 5pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or until tasks are completed

Perks: $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid as $500 after 6 months & $500 after 12 months of continuous employment)

Our warehouse associates perform activities including parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking trucks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving, pulling, scanning, packaging, staging, and loading product (tasks vary by assignment)
• Receiving and storing inbound product appropriately
• Pulling correct products and delivering to staging areas
• Sorting and staging products accurately
• Loading products into trucks

• Operating manual and powered equipment (experience a plus), such as order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, pull carts, ladders

Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas

Following company policies and procedures

Communicating effectively with team members and management

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs; comfortable with heights up to 30 feet

Work Environment:

• Constant standing required
• Facilities are not climate-controlled; tolerate high and low temperatures
