Job description

Job Title and Location

Warehouse Associate – Spokane, WA – 412 Haven, Spokane, WA 99202.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. through completion; occasional Saturdays. 40+ hours per week with overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and perform stock counting.
• Process orders, pick items, and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect incoming shipments, verify receipts, and record data.
• Document, report, and return defective items.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks and conduct regular equipment inspections.
• Assist with general organization and upkeep of the warehouse.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in forklift and pallet jack operation; or willing to learn.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds (25 kg).
• Possession or ability to obtain necessary licenses to operate equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain a CDL class A license within six months of hire, paid by the company.
• Willingness to take on additional related duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to follow schedule changes based on customer demands.
• General understanding of warehouse operations and ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Salary and Benefits

Hourly pay rate: $27.10 per hour.

Hourly shift differential: $0.25 per hour for hours between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Benefits include healthcare, retirement, and paid time off in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.
