Job summary

Mondelēz International (NABISCO) in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload, stock, pick and load deliveries in a fast-paced facility. You will help ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts/pallet jacks when needed, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays, starting at 7:00 am.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment and using a Warehouse Management System (SAPEWM).
• Proficient in lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs./25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Participating in warehouse activities including unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Assemble and load products onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Work in warehousing with order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate running inventory and report defective items from deliveries.

As a Warehouse Associateyou will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, includingbut not limited to activities such as truck unloading, putting away, picking, truck loading,stock counting, processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Participating in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, andmaintainingwarehouse organization.

• Ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment to always prioritize safety.

• Accurately assemble and loadproductson delivery trucksin a timely manner.

• Work in warehousing, performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading deliverytrucks.

• Maintainan accuraterunning inventory.

• Record, report, and return defectiveitems frompreviousdeliveries.

• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.

• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environmentandutilizinga Warehouse Management System(SAPEWM).

• Proficient in various physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximumof 50 lbs./25kg).

• Preferably, have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.

• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses tooperateequipment.

• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need as aWarehouse Associate:

• Following schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor for efficient operations.

• Willingness to be flexible with schedules based on customer demands.

• Having a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures

Salary and Benefits:
