Job summary

Mondelēz International / NABISCO is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Part Time in Omaha, NE to support unloading, stock counting, order processing and loading delivery trucks.

You will work 6:00 AM start, Monday through Friday, about 32 hours per week, with potential to go full time; safety and accuracy are emphasized, SAP EWM experience preferred, lifts up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Proficient in lifting, bending, carrying (up to 50 lbs/25 kg).
• Prefer experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Possess or able to obtain licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on related duties.

Responsibilities

• Participate in warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing and maintaining organization.
• Ensure safety checks and compliance with procedures on equipment.
• Assemble and load products on delivery trucks promptly.
• Perform order picking, palletizing and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report defective items.
• Receive, inspect and record all deliveries per policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

What you need to know about this position:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Timing: Shift starting from 6:00 AM until the work is done but may vary; 32 hrs/week.
• Branch Location: 8748 Technology Avenue, Milton FL, 32583.
• You may be working with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Could possibly lead to Full Time.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Participating in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment to always prioritize safety.
• Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Work in warehousing, performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Record, report, and return defective items from previous deliveries.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced work environment and utilizing a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Proficient in various physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum of 50 lbs./25kg).
• Preferably have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need as a Warehouse Associate:

• Following schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor for efficient operations.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedules based on customer demands.
• Having a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $27.30 per hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
