MAJOR DUTIES:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for:

• Picking and staging materials for shop requirements
• Pulling and packing customer orders
• Organizing and maintaining stock levels and bins
• Managing and updating data related to job requirements
• Performing daily cycle counts
• Communicating project readiness to stakeholders
• Collaborating with project management, engineering, shop floor, and production planning teams
• Cross-training in shipping and receiving
• Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Working daily in GSS (ERP system) and Excel
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Managing multiple items across projects and providing updates to stakeholders

Safety:

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards regarding safety, OSHA, and accident prevention
• Actively improving safety with team members
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Completing safety action items accurately and promptly
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, CIP meetings, root cause investigations, and other projects
• Providing input to improve processes and workspaces

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience in a project-oriented environment
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good time management skills
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years working with ERP systems
• At least 2 years handling inventory/materials

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
