Monday - Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
Under the direction of the Shift Leader and Production Supervisor/Manager, the Warehouse Associate ensures safety is their #1 priority; they are responsible for various warehouse duties including packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping and receiving materials, and material handling. They must complete all required paperwork in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The role involves unloading goods, entering information into the system, labeling, and locating materials. The associate must comply with all safety policies and procedures, pull and stage orders, repackage materials to meet customer specifications, and perform functions in designated systems for receiving or shipping materials. Participation in cycle counting, entering and verifying information, and researching and adjusting discrepancies are essential. They also review preventative maintenance check sheets for forklifts, ensure proper operation, and may handle hazardous waste with proper training. Driving forklifts and other heavy-duty material movers, demonstrating teamwork, inspecting materials, and maintaining data integrity are key responsibilities. Additional duties include documenting work, participating in training, maintaining cleanliness, supporting company principles, and adhering to safety and regulatory rules.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience.
Stand, use hands, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 55 lbs frequently. Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and noise. Mandatory PPE includes hearing protection, steel-toe shoes/boots, and gloves as required.
