Employees are responsible for manual loading and unloading of freight using pallet jacks or forklifts, along with general labor and warehouse maintenance. They fill customer orders and deliver them to the delivery platform safely and efficiently. We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our Livonia, MI location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Move materials from receiving or production to storage or other designated areas.
2. Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products within the assigned area.
3. Potentially train in heavy equipment operation, such as forklifts, for certification.
4. Maintain cleanliness of floors and dock areas.
5. Assist in cargo receiving, using manual or powered equipment.
6. Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or storage.
7. Open containers, sort materials, and organize items systematically.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and climb ladders.
• Occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Good or corrected vision; basic math skills.
• Basic language skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and complete documents.
• Problem-solving skills and reliability in attendance.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred; willing to train suitable candidates.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for 8 hours.
• Lift 75 lbs.

Salary ranges from $17.65 to $25.65 per hour plus incentives, based on experience and qualifications.
