Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Sheboygan, WI for 1st shift (4:00 AM – Finish) Monday–Friday with rotating Sundays. The role involves loading/unloading freight, palletizing, order fulfillment, and routine inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, loading, unloading, or material handling experience preferred.
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced warehouse operation in Sheboygan, WI. This is an active, hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, including freight handling, loading, unloading, palletizing, and order fulfillment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry products weighing 25-75 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
