Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Sheboygan, WI is hiring Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting freight handling, loading, unloading, palletizing and order fulfillment. The position is 1st shift starting at 4:00 AM and runs Monday to Friday with rotating Sundays.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, loading, unloading, or material handling experience preferred.
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort, palletize, repack, and stage product for warehouse operations
• Assist with order selection and freight movement throughout the facility
• Perform inventory audits and quality checks as needed
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership
