Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role involves supporting loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and site housekeeping with safety in mind.

The position is fast-paced and physically demanding; employees lift 25–75 lbs, work Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM, and receive paid training with opportunities for advancement and travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary by shift.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
