Job summary

Online Labels Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory control in our Sanford, FL facility. The role involves processing orders, inspecting incoming materials, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse while using forklifts and pallet jacks to move products.

The position offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule (9:00am–6:00pm) with a pay range of $15.00–$16.00 per hour based on experience.

• Ability to operate all forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers and other machinery.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Process and package orders for shipment, including both freight and small parcel.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Receiving Materials: Inspect incoming materials and report discrepancies.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Consumables Tracking: Monitor inventory of shells, boxes, cores, and other items.
• Rolling Inventory Counts: Regularly perform counts aligned with system records.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to department safety practices.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and processes.
• Inventory Management: Ensure correct use of materials to maintain inventory.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with accurate orders.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Overview:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for verifying inventory that is produced by production, taking care of customers through the order fulfillment process, and working with vendors such as UPS & FedEx for Shipping and Receiving inquiries.

Shift Available:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.

Pay:

$15.00-$16.00/hr based on experience.

What you'll do

• Order Fulfillment: Process and package orders for shipment, including both freight and small parcel.
• Inventory Management: Navigate aisles, rows, and shelves to organize and maintain inventory using forklifts, stand‑up lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Receiving Materials: Count and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and defects. Report discrepancies or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized at all times.
• Consumables Tracking: Monitor inventory levels of clam shells, boxes, cores, and other consumables.
• Rolling Inventory Counts: Regularly perform inventory counts of materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with system records.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all department safety practices.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and processes diligently.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the correct use of materials to maintain accurate inventory.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
