Job summary

Online Labels Group is hiring for a Shipping Team role in Sparks, NV to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management. You will print invoices, palletize, wrap, label boxes, and coordinate with carriers while learning cross-training opportunities in production.

The position offers a weekday daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm), starting pay of $16.00/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, a 401(k) match, holiday pay, and supplemental insurances.

Responsibilities

• Prepares completed work orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, and marking finished goods
• Processes bills of lading according to the requirements stated on the work order
• Notifies freight carriers
• Processes small shipments through UPS and FedEx software system and labels each box accordingly
• Maintains material handling equipment in good working order and reports any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
• Adhere to all established safety practices
• Maintain a clean work area
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly to minimize production downtime
• Follow established quality management system procedures
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures

Overview: We are looking for someone to join our Shipping Team to help make sure customers get their custom sticker/labels in a timely manner. Each day, you will gather and sort away inventory, print invoices and focus on order fulfillment.
