Job summary

Online Labels Group is seeking an entry-level Shipping Team member in Sparks, NV to ensure timely order fulfillment of custom labels. You will gather and sort inventory, print invoices, and prepare shipments while learning our processes and potentially cross-training into production.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with opportunities for bonuses and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn cross-training into production.
• Comfortable working a Monday–Friday day shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepares completed work orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, and marking finished goods.
• Processes bills of lading according to the requirements stated on the work order.
• Notifies freight carriers and handles UPS/FedEx labeling.
• Maintains material handling equipment and reports maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Adheres to safety practices and maintains a clean work area.
• Communicates job-specific changes to the supervisor to minimize downtime.
• Follows established quality management procedures.
• Completes quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.

Overview:

We are looking for someone to join our Shipping Team to help make sure customers get their custom sticker/labels in a timely manner. Each day, you will gather and sort away inventory, print invoices and focus on order fulfillment. Pay:

$16.00/hour to start

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

What you can expect if you are selected:

• Prepares completed work orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, and marking finished goods
• Processes bills of lading according to the requirements stated on the work order
• Notifies freight carriers
• Processes small shipments through UPS and FedEx software system and labels each box accordingly
• Maintains material handling equipment in good working order and reports any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
• Adhere to all established safety practices
• Maintain a clean work area
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Follow established quality management system procedures
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures

Physical Demands:

• While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision.
• The employee may be required to lift up to 45 lbs.
