Position:

Full time

Wage:

$20 / hour! Paid bi-weekly!

Responsibilities:
  1. Create a best-in-class customer experience for every customer, every time.
  2. Obtain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, including dimensions, weight, assembly, and materials, while handling merchandise.
  3. Transport, locate, load, and unload merchandise safely within the warehouse and into customers’ vehicles, including heavy and oddly shaped items.
  4. Use a computer terminal to look up customer and merchandise information accurately.
  5. Match products to invoices, packing slips, or bills of lading, ensuring orders are paid in full.
  6. Handle and assemble merchandise carefully to prevent damage.
  7. Assist with showroom changes, tagging merchandise, and maintaining displays and a clean showroom/backroom.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the workspace and equipment.
  9. Follow all safety procedures and observe safe lifting methods.
  10. Occasionally travel to customer locations for delivery, assembly, or repairs.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
  2. Attention to detail and reliability.
  3. Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping/receiving paperwork.
  4. Ability to lift at least 75 lbs unassisted regularly.
  5. Obtain and maintain forklift certification if necessary.
  6. Experience with equipment such as pallet jacks, hand tools, and small power tools.
  7. Basic math, computer, and POS skills with high accuracy.
  8. Valid driver’s license, 18+ years old.
  9. Pre-employment screening including drug, physical, and background checks.
  10. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and twist continuously.
  11. Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.
Working Conditions:
  1. Reading and understanding assembly, shipping, and receiving instructions.
  2. Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping regularly.
  3. Exposure to weather, noise, and machinery.
  4. Some office work involving computers and phones.
  5. Availability to work weekends and holidays with flexibility.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
