Job summary

PRIME is seeking a warehouse support professional to assist in efficient, safe, and accurate handling of jobsite orders in a fast-paced environment. You will manage receiving, stocking, and shipping, maintain inventory records, and support vehicle deliveries to job sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, ability to lift heavy loads, and flexibility to adapt to changing duties. This on-site position includes health benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be insurable under the company’s auto insurance policy.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Fill jobsite orders including receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material.
• Complete all warehouse transactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Keep accurate inventory records of equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain company equipment and warehouse environment.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Follow PRIME Safety Program and safety regulations.

Position Summary

Under close supervision, performs a variety of routine tasks and assignments in support of the organization’s safe, efficient, and productive warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately fills jobsite orders including receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material meeting company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Completes all warehouse transactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Keeps accurate inventory records of equipment.
• Receives, inspects, and organizes incoming shipments.
• Responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, company vehicles and the warehouse environment.
• Drives company vehicles to deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Adheres to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be insurable under the company’s auto insurance policy.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet all company vehicle safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lift/push/pull/carry at least 50 pounds on a continual basis (including heavier loads with assistance).
• Experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, receiving, and forklift operation preferred.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting with occasional exposure to health or safety hazards such as, but not limited to, electrical hazards, heavy equipment and machinery and inclement weather conditions. Frequent operation of warehouse vehicles and equipment. Work may be performed in cramped or awkward positions. Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying of 50+ lbs. (including heavier loads with assistance). May require travel to active construction job sites. Frequent use of personal protective equipment (e.g. safety glasses, gloves, safety vests, hard hats and steel‑toed boots).
